Group Class: Find Your Foundation
SERVICES & PROGRAMS
This is where most people start — and where some of the biggest breakthroughs happen. Accessible, intentional movement in a small, supportive group setting. Mat-based classes focused on body awareness, mobility, functional strength, and nervous system regulation at a pace that lets your body learn, not just perform.
Students bring their own mat, which helps keep class costs accessible for everyone.

1-ON-1 MOVEMENT
Your session. Your body. Your pace. We work together using Pilates apparatus, the Oov, and functional movement to address what your body needs — not what a program dictates. Ideal for people managing pain, recovering from injury, navigating postpartum, or anyone who wants deeply personalized attention.

CORPORATE WELLNESS
Healthier employees don't just feel better. They perform better.
Your employees are sitting 8+ hours a day. They're stressed, stiff, and accumulating tension their bodies carry into every part of their lives. That tension doesn't stay at their desks — it shows up as sick days, low energy, chronic pain, disengagement, and turnover.
What happens when employees learn to work their bodies?
Fewer Sick Days
Employees who move better carry less chronic tension, experience fewer pain-related absences, and recover faster from daily physical stress. Less pain means more presence.
Skills That Transfer to Work
When your body learns how muscles work together instead of against each other, that coordination doesn't stop at the mat. It transfers — to how they lift, carry, sit, stand, type, and move through their workday. Better body organization means better physical performance on the job.
Body Awareness Changes Everything
An employee who can recognize tension building in their body before it becomes pain makes different decisions all day long. They adjust their posture. They breathe differently. They manage stress instead of absorbing it. That awareness doesn't clock out at 5pm — it improves their entire quality of life.
Happier, healthier employees aren't just good for your people. They're good for your bottom line.
On-Site Wellness Classes
IN YOUR SPACE
I come to your office, your campus, or your facility. Mat-based movement sessions designed around the specific tensions your team carries — desk posture, stress breathing, shoulder and hip stiffness, nervous system overload. These aren't gym classes. They're experiences your team will actually want to attend.

EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE
A presentation that doesn't just talk about wellness — it lets your team feel it. Interactive sessions on stress and the body, the nervous system, movement as medicine, and why sitting is only part of the problem.

BUSINESS & COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
Movement programs for the people you serve.
I work with organizations that care about the wellbeing of their people — whether that's residents in a senior community, attendees at a professional conference, or members of a community you've built.
The return on real wellness programming
For Senior Communities
Residents who move with more confidence fall less, engage more, and participate in community life longer. Families notice. Tours feel it. Occupancy reflects it. Strong wellness programming isn't a line item — it's a differentiator.
For Conferences & Events
Attendees who experience movement — not just hear about wellness — leave with body awareness that transfers to their daily lives. They remember the session. They talk about it. They come back next year because of it.
For Every Organization
When people learn how their body works — how muscles collaborate, how tension builds, how awareness creates control — they carry that intelligence into everything they do. One session can spark a shift that lasts far beyond your programming.
Senior Living Community Programs
RESIDENT WELLNESS
Engaging, elevated movement experiences for senior communities. Not generic chair exercise. Intentional programs that help residents feel more connected, capable, confident, and involved in community life. Fall prevention. Balance confidence. The Oov. Social engagement.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS & GROUP EXPERIENCES
Movement experiences people actually remember.
Most group activities get forgotten by the next week. This one stays with people — because it's not just fun, it's personal. One session. One spark of awareness. One moment where someone feels something in their body they've never noticed before. That can be the beginning of something life-changing.
One-Night Group Sessions
FRIENDS · CELEBRATIONS · JUST BECAUSE
Grab your people and do something different. A one-night movement experience for friends, coworkers, book clubs, birthday celebrations, or anyone who wants to share something memorable together. It's playful. It's challenging. And every person walks away with a new insight about their own body they didn't have when they walked in.
No experience needed. Just show up curious.
Bachelorette & Bridal Sessions
PRE-WEDDING · BRIDAL PARTY · GIRLS' NIGHT
Skip the generic party. Give your crew an experience that's fun, surprising, and leaves them feeling better. Want a multi-week "get ready for the big day" program? We can build that too — designed around how you want to feel walking down that aisle, not just how you want to look.
Milestone & Celebration Sessions
BIRTHDAYS · RETIREMENT · NEW CHAPTERS
Turning 40, 50, 60 and want to celebrate your body instead of mourning it? A milestone movement session is a way to honor where you are with a group of people who matter to you. It's intimate. It's meaningful. And it's nothing like a gym class.
Your Occasion, Your Way
CUSTOM GROUP EXPERIENCES
Mother-daughter afternoons. Reunion weekends. Self-care nights. Team outings. If you can gather the people, I can create the experience. Sometimes all it takes is one class to change how someone sees their own body forever.
your first session
We start with what your body can feel.
Most programs focus on output — reps, resistance, results. I focus on input: what information is your body receiving, and how is it responding? When we change the input, the body changes on its own.
01
Feel
We start with awareness — noticing what's tight, what's guarded, what's ready to move.
02
Find
We discover what your body needs — not what a program says it should do.
03
Balance
We create lasting change by giving the nervous system what it needs to reorganize.
04
Trust
You leave each session feeling more capable — not depleted — building trust in your body again.
before your first session
How to prepare.
Come with an empty stomach
Avoid eating a full meal at least one hour before. You don't want to feel full — whether with food or liquid. The work involves rotation, inversion, and deep core engagement.
Plan to go barefoot or wear grip socks
Bare feet help your body gain awareness of the ground and strengthen the foot-to-leg connection. If you prefer socks, I recommend toeless grip socks (glove-style with toes out).
Skip the lotion on your arms and legs
Excessive moisturizer causes slipping on equipment and makes it harder for your body to grip, stabilize, and feel secure. Save the lotion for after.
Bring your own mat (group classes)
Students bringing their own equipment keeps class costs down — so movement stays accessible for everyone. Your mat. Your practice. Your body.
"
I came because my friend dragged me. I left understanding my body in a way I never had before. One session. That's all it took.
Before you book.
Do I need Pilates experience?
Not at all. Most of my clients had never done Pilates before their first session. We start exactly where you are.
What should I bring to group class?
Your own mat. Comfortable clothes you can move in. Water. That's it.
What if I'm managing pain or an injury?
That's one of the most common reasons people come to me. I specialize in working with bodies navigating chronic pain, post-rehab, and age-related changes.
Do you work with organizations?
Yes. Senior communities, corporate teams, conferences, and events. If you need programming people actually show up for, let's talk.
Can I book a session for a group or event?
Absolutely. From bachelorette nights to birthday celebrations to a casual session with friends — I love creating memorable group experiences.
What does a session cost?
Depends on the format. Book a discovery call and we'll find the right fit for your body and your budget.
