What Happens Next

Tamara Burkett, your fitness coach, will personally reach out to you shortly to:

  • Confirm your session type

  • Coordinate the best date and time

  • Answer any questions you may have

  • Share any preparation details (what to bring, what to expect, and how to get the most from your session)

Most participants hear back within 24 hours. If you submitted on a weekend or late evening, expect a response the next business day.
